Dee Latener and Randy "Ryo" McLain are partners in the NYPD. While investigating a murder case, Bikky, the son of the victim, becomes attached Ryo who all but adopts him. Dee has been pursuing a romance with Ryo persistently but Ryo isn`t sure he wants that kind of relationship.
