After Hanami Yuzuka encounters a strange being named Miton, she gains the powers of a magical girl: transformation and the manipulation of water. Milton can only be seen by girls with magical potential, like Chiya, Yuzuka`s cynical and possessive best friend; the kind next-door neighbour Daiya; or Mafuyu another magical girl with familiar Pochi helping out at her grandfather`s coffee shop.
